4 day split, opinions needed
I am currently trying out this new 4 day split which I really like.
So im thinking about doing 8 excercises on the first 2 days (4 and 4) 3rd day maybe 6 (4 and 2) and 4 on the last day.
Is this a bit too much, im more concerned about the first 2 days of 8 excercises. Is this overworking?
What do you guys think?

Your routine is identical to mine and it works great for me. But you are right, you are doing too much work on your bi's and tri's. I recommend 3-4 exercises for chest, then 2-3 exercises for bi's. Similarly for shoulders + tri's.
Lift heavy, with good form, and your arms will be tapped out at the end.
why not work calves and legs on the same day?
and what about abb work? traps?
