First draft of my modified CrossFit... opinions
So, this is what I came up with. Please rip it to shreds if need be and tell me some changes I should make.
**Note: I dont plan on doing the exercises in this order. I haven't really put much thought into that yet.
Power Clean: 5-5-5-5-5
Bench Press: 5-3-3-3-3
Shoulder Press: 5-3-3-3-3
Pull Ups: 20-15-10-10
Clean Pulls: 15-10-10-5
Every minute for 20 minutes
15 BW Jump Squats
10 Explosive Push Ups
50 Tricep Dips
400m elliptical sprint (on high resistance)
Tabata Hill Sprints

If I were to start from scratch as a young 13 year old again, I would do every press, squat, and perhaps deadlifts, for my entire career with chains. -- Dan John
Because I don't want to. I would rather follow a set program. It's just a preferance.
