The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    3 day routine option

    simple question..

i have been lifting on a 5 day workout routine for the last year... due to a new job and some time restraints i will be able to get a 3-4 day routine.. if in the worst case i only get 3 days in.. 3 days tah ti do 2 body parts on the workout.. hardcore lifting, just cuz its 3 days wont lack any intensity.. will going 3 days restrict my growth? or does it not matter so much, as long as i am still lifting and going hard? im really curious on it, because ive come a long way in a year and honestly nervous ill start to lose

    simple answer...

No. If you find enough time to break down your muscles in your 3 day routine and you continue (assuming you are now) to eat and sleep in accordance to your goals, you will continue to grow. It might even be a good change of pace for you, mixing up your routine will shock your body into learning a new exercise order, and putting on mass in the process!

I lift 3 days a week. Each day is a full-body day with compound lifts. You might even grow better with all the rest inbetween the days. Just keep lifting heavy and eating, and you won't stop growing.

What I do is I go to www.imageshack.us and I host the pic on that site, then take the links and post them here.

Try the 5x5 routine. I've done if for two weeks now and I like it.
