I go about an hour but after the workout I do 30 min on stationary bike for cardio, I go 3 days a week. I wish I had the energy to go longer but I know that more isnt allways better
Usually an 1 1/2
1 hour solid lifting
10 minutes of grip work
10 minutes of rotator cuff work
5 minutes warmup on cross trainer
5 minutes BSing

Mine are usually an hour. Since I'm on a cutting diet its an hour of weights then 30min of cardio.
