    Personal Trainer ?.............

    Where can I find info on Personal Training as well as a legit website to order certification material and stuff? Ive been thinking about doing it for a little extra money.

    Also go to the gyms where you may want to work and see what certifications they might deisre.

    NSCA and ACSM are the best 2 out there. Check out their websites.

    I did mine through ISSA. Based solely on your post count I would say that you could already past the test without the book (yeah you can use the book during the internet non-timed test LOL).

    lol, so is it just online tests, or can I get ISSA and NSCA certifications at maybe a community college around here?

    You won't necessarily need to take college courses for PT certifications. The organizations sell test prep materials that you will use. ISSA is an online test. NSCA tests are held at test locations around the U.S.http://www.nsca-lift.org/

    BG5150's advice was good. You really should speak to some gym managers first and see what kind of certifications they are looking for. NSCA is pretty widely accepted but not universal.
