Hitting each body part twice a week?

I'm hitting each body part once a week, and I'm doing fine, but I'm just curious how many people out there are hitting each body part twice a week and what their schedule looks like? Do you feel like you're getting enough recovery time?

A week is not a physiologicaly relevant time period.

I do full-body workouts 3x a week, but take a look at harv's link there.
