I know I should be drinking lots of water every day to lose weight and stay healthy, but I wanted to get the opinion of our seniors here.
I drink over 4 liters of this stuff called Crystal Bay. It's flavored water and the nutrition facts are as follows:

Total Fat: 0
Total Carbohydrates: 0
Vitamin C: 25%
Contains: Carbonated Water, Citric Acid, Potassium Benzoate(A preservative) Potassium Citrate, Natural Flavor, Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), and Calcium Disodium Edta(to protect flavor)

My question is: Is this water good enough to meet the daily recommended allowance of water? I ask because it tastes wonderful, and you know what they say about stuff that tastes good.
