my upper body is strong, but my big lifts ( deadlift and squat are so weak)
heres my stats :
incline dumbell press : 115x3
shoulder dumbell press : 95x3
squat : 225x4
deadlift : 295x3
i am pretty tall, 6'3. when i deadlift, i feel like i'm putting a lot of stress on my lower back.
How much do you weigh ?
Im weak compared to people simular sizes. Genetics I guess
