    Back Pain

    Today I felt a slight pain in my back near my right lat but it's close to the center of my back. I know it's not joint pain because I can bend over and stretch in all different ways with no pain. I have to flex to feel it. I'm planning on doing heavy deads friday. If I don't feel the pain after a good night sleep should I just go ahead with the deads or just skip them all together? I have yet to get a injury in my back and don't want one.

    Only you can really tell. If you feel good, just go in and warmup and take it set by set.

    I'll just say, for me, my back would have to be real bad to get me not to pull, lol.

    I think i'll do that and if i have any pain i'll go light and do some higher rep 6-7 reps with a double over hand grip or maybe some light pulls from a platform.
