The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Yeah man, definitely eat more than 2500. I'm eating 3500-4000 and barely gaining weight while staying very lean. I'd suggest upping your calories to at least 3000 for a few weeks, and seeing how your body reacts.

I'd also suggest working out your legs with the same frequency that you work out your upperbody, since it appears that you currently do not.

You look to be pretty tall, lots of space to fill up! You do need to eat at least 1,000 calories more of good clean food. Lots of protein and carbohydrates. If you play football and soccer on a regular basis, you're burning up a lot of calories. It is very difficult to pack on good muscle mass and do that much aerobic activity at the same time. You have a good "chasis" to pack on some quality muscle. Good luck!!!

If you can't eat any more food, then add a weight gainer, they are full of calories and are easy to consume.

As far as different advice goes, 'Eat more' is about the best advice you're going to get.
If you're not gaining weight, you need to eat more. Thats all there is to it.
Anyways, looking good. How are the wheels?
There is no better advice for you at this moment. Youve looked the same for quite some time now, which is fine. But you sound like you would rather weigh 190 so eat more unti you weigh 190.

I like Cytogainer by Cytosport because it doesn't taste like glue and it's lactose-free, which keeps me from gettin stinky :-D

I was one of those people who never gained until I stuck in the weight gainers at like 3x a day, then sure enough, bodyweight took off.

You have good definition but I have to agree with majority eat more.
Eating enough to put on mass is real hard for some people specially if they have a high metabolism.

    Weed and gear might help.

    Wow

you look awesome, kindof Tarzan like in that last pic, we are about the same body type, but I am only 6'0". Maybe we will reach 200 around the same time??
I have the problem of trying to gain weight and stay lean, it just doesn't work out that way, so I have started eating and not worrying about the leaness. I feel so much better in the gym, more food=more energy, it is great. Nice to meet you. Have a great day

    I don't know about 200lb but 190 to 195 with 6%BF would rock.

    Later.
