The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Yeah

Yeah I think that 200lbs is definitely obtainable, maybe not at 6% BF but I hope to get there. My father in law was a few lbs lighter than me when he was 24 and now he is 210, and he looks awesome, he could stand to drop some BF, but at 49 he looks great. He is still benching 350, could probably do more but that's all we have. Keep up the good work, you look great.

My meal plan for the long road to 200lb.

tell me what you think of it and what you would change? Or any hints or tips?

6:00 am Egg Whites and Oatmeal with Fat oil caps. = 700 cals

7:00 am workout Abs and 40 minute cardio.

8:45 Protein Drink with some kind of fruit Post work out. = 500 cals

10:45 Chicken Breast, Baked Potatoes and Fiber veggies. = 400 cals

12:45 Cytosport gainer and fat oil caps. = 700 cals.

2:45 Pre workout meal. Chicken, Turkey Breast, or Tuna and Baked potatoe or Cytosport gainer = 600 cals

    going to gym at 3:45pm

5:00 Protein Drink with skim milk and fruit Post work out. = 400 cals

7:00 Chicken Breast, Baked Potatoes and Fiber veggies. = 400 cals

9:00 Cytosport gainer = 600 cals or Protein Drink with skim milk = 400 cals and fat oil caps

11:00 Cytosport gainer 700 cals and fat oil caps.

    Total cal's 5000ish.

Around 450 grams of protein to be consumed on a daily basis I think this is a bit much for me being 185lb?

500 grams of Carbs to be consumed on a daily basis. Carbs are right on the money.

Cut out the cardio or cut back on it. Eat a cheesburger or 3 and a pizza. Atleast until you gain an a few pds then slower tigten the diet back up.

Diet looks good. Cytogainer is a bit expensive. As long as money isn't an issue, should be fine. I prefer Nlarge just because of cost. Nlarge does have more sugar, but us skinny kids shouldn't have much to worry about.

I don't see anything wrong with that high of protein. I eat about 400-420 a day. Just make sure to keep your water high.

If you find your body composition is changing too much and you're not lean enough, move more of the carbs earlier in the day as the first step before considering reducing calories or increasing cardio. The extreme of this would be to finish your carbs by 6 pm or no later than 7 pm.

I got a question though: Why do you just come on here and post pics for other guys to rate? It seems kinda weird.... I mean, if you made other posts in other sections it would be fine.

I had never seen your pics before so I searched for your previous threads to get an idea of where you started.

Compared to a year ago, you look much better now. There's a huge difference there. Congrats on staying dedicated. I would still say try to gain at least 10 more pounds, but that's really up to you.

Anyways, you shouldn't have cut the hair man. I cut mine in October and I've been regretting it since. The phase of growing between short and long hair is killing me right now.
