The eating advice is not helping at all. I need some kind of different advise or suggestions. Anything.

Heh, I eat 3500 calories a day and I'm only about 158 lbs. Eat more. lol.

Btw, you look way leaner than 8-9% BF. I'd guesstimate no higher than 6%.

    2500 cals is nothing.
As far as different advice goes, 'Eat more' is about the best advice you're going to get.
If you're not gaining weight, you need to eat more. Thats all there is to it.
Anyways, looking good. How are the wheels?

Add 10-20% each week until you start gaining at the rate you want. You're very lean so you shouldn't be concerned about getting fat. If you notice yourself getting smooth, just bring the calories down a notch.

There is no better advice for you at this moment. Youve looked the same for quite some time now, which is fine. But you sound like you would rather weigh 190 so eat more unti you weigh 190.
Diet is key, the calorie is king

"Most folks are about as happy as they make up their minds to be."
    --Abraham Lincoln

"Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.
Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination
alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'press on' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race."
    Calvin Coolidge (1872-1933)
    30th U.S. President

"If you want to look abnormal you have to eat abnormal,lol."--ST

At this point in my training career I actually want to be almost 200 but that is going to take a lot hard work.

When will you guys realize that some people have different goals? Obviously this guy is either cutting, or he wants to stay lean. Some people would prefer to slowly gain, but retain a six pack than gain quickly and put on some extra fat. And where did you get that he isnt gaining weight? He never said that, infact, it seems pretty clear to me that he IS gaining weight. Im pretty sure you just pulled that out of your ass.

Nonetheless op, you look great. Keep up the good work.
