    Working my legs for long jump.

    What do you guys think I should do to optimize strength and vertial leap for long jump - heavy lifts, or less weight/more reps.

    I've been doing Squats, calf presses, and weighted lungs, with moderately heavy weights for about 3 sets.

    look at the article about vertical jumps, that should give you some ideas.
