Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?
What should I eat before my workouts to spike my insulin? I've never even done it before, but I'd like to start doing it. Something with good sugars? I would just eat a spoonful of granulated suger would I? lol.
