HIT in the morning or evening

I'm a senior in high school. With my schedual I'm forced to do HIT in the evening. Is this just as effective as in the morning? Any suggestions?

If you are referring to intervals, it's probably better to do them at night.

Why not do hiit on an empty stomach? Will not it burn fat more effectively than having to burn through the stuff in your sotmach 1st?

Because HIIT is on par with weight training in terms of how the body uses fuel.
