Weight- 235 (steady for a couple months now)
Well boys and girls, I'm back from hiatus. Some things have changed, I'm 18 for one, and as to the other, I'm no longer in football due to a twice injured strained rotater cuff that some of you may remember. Long story short, I was starting varsity for our team at left tackle on defense and was hit from the side, causing me to reinjure the cuff. I was told by an orthaepedist that I could tear it if it happened again, and that would be surgery. Bye bye, football.
I am very fit these days, but I am kinda nervous about testing my strength out again after a couple months of ****ty lifting, then 1 of none for the cuff to heal. Of course I'm doing light cuff work with bands and 3 lb weights. I have to get every little muscle as strong as possible in my shoulders and healed before I can get hardcore again.
It's frustrating, not being able to get in the weightroom and tear something up. But I don't want a permanent injury, so I'll take a little break. I still have to talk to the coach, but I think I can wrestle and bowl at the same time. So by the time my shoulder heals decently, wrestleing will start. Good.
Anyway, I'm back and talkative as ever.
