The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    GVT legs

I did a gvt leg work out and my legs were killing me. for like 4 - 5 days. I still want to be able to do cardio (running) so, could I just do them with a regular 4 reps / 6 set routine?

I don't know what a gvt leg workout is, but you should stop getting as sore after a couple weeks. Also, the day after you do it, do some very light squats and hamstring work to get the blood flowing. Should make the pain die down a bit.

GVT is like 10 sets of 10 or something like that? I couldn't imagine doing 10 sets of 10 for squats, I don't think his legs will stop getting as sore after a few weeks, or at all. 10 sets of squats is brutal, his legs are probably getting sore DURING the workout

Yea, it's 10 of 10. It doesn't hurt the 1st day to much but day 2 - 4 are really painful. Can barely walk. Light cardio or even light squats don't help much. I think I'm going to just do normal squats and do some more gvt back work. I'm really not looking for huge legs right now anyway.
