    405x3 - flat bb bench

    hrmm.. so I took a vid today. I got 405x3=PR. I even hit 415 after that. I'm confident I could have gotten 425-435 today if I wanted it and hadn't gone for the 405x3. Anyways, I figured maybe someone would want to see this??

    Are those your workout buds? They seem to make a lot of un-needed, annoying noise, especially during such a heavy set.

    That is VERY impressive Jake!

    Your form is perfect!

    The one occassion I had to train with Jake that is something I noted, his form is EXCELLENT on every exercise. That makes his strength all the more impressive.

    Jake, I really think you should consider strongman or powerlifting. You have HUGE potential in either. Anyone who can RAW press 405 like you do is an animal.
