Hey folks.. I was wondering which of the two is a better way to organize my routine. Should I do biceps on back day or chest day? same for triceps..

Eh, there's advantages to both.
At the moment I'm only doing direct arm work on days that are maintenace for the big group...so in other words, big chest workout, maintenance back, direct bicep work, and vice versa.
Not sure if one's better than another though. My personal reasoning is that after three compound movements for the big part, the corresponding arm muscle doesn't really need any direct attention.
