Hey guys, I need some help with a lat, trap, and bicep routine. I can't seem to get these muscles a good work out, and my lifts stay stagnant week after week. Some things I do now are cleans, shrugs, db curls, and lat pulldowns. Anybody have suggestions/links for a workout for these muscles? Thanks in advance!
Time Lifting: 2 yrs.
Started as a skinny 95 pound wimp.
You can't call some lat pulldowns thrown in at the end of a workout a lat workout. You need pullups and rows.
