    Sprinter Physique without much cardio

    I've been doing sprints and lots of cardio, workouts usually are taking like 90minutes-2hours (Warm up, Stretch, Sprints, Weights, Pylo's, Stretch). I've got school, work, homework, and other stuff so sprinting is just taking up too much time.
    What would be a good routine to do, if i'm looking for a sprinter look...? Probably lots of squats, lunges, hamstring, and calve work? Lots of upper body work... cardio a couple times a week?

    If you could help me come up with a weekly split that would be great, thx

    hit the weights, screw cardio for the most part

    Here's what i'm thinking.
    Mon: Full squats, Box Squat, power press
    Wed: Incline Press, Power Clean, and deadlifts
    Fri: Bench press, Military Press, and....Abs
    Maybe some light cardio in there on a day off, for like 30 minutes.
    Any other lifts you would suggest?

    hah i like the thread name. i never knew someone could hate cardio that much. hehe "i wanan look like a runner w/out running" lol

    Sprinters are just people with low bodyfat and a good amount of muscle(at least the top runners).

    So just do a routine that'll make you grow and get on a diet that'll get your bodyfat low.

    Yes, I do hate running, but I love SPRINTING. It's not because I dont want to run sprints, running as you put it, it's because I dont have the time.
