I have been bulking for about a 80 days now, good gain, happy with the progress. Now during the middle of the night I always wake up to take a piss, I drink gallons of water a day so Im use to waking up in the middle of the nigth and peeing every single day. Now sometimes during the middle of the nigh say around 3 AM when I take my piss Ill wake up and feel my stomach growling, I feel very hungry, would it be smart to say eat something or grab a protien shake? What would be healthier a protien shake or a grilled chicken sub ? (just grilled chickn no cheese or mayo or nething, bread n chicken)
