    back

    what are some good lower back and lat exercises. also on wbb routine 1 it dosnt work out the lats and lower back just upper. should i do the lower back and lat lifts on back day with what the routine already has

    Well, you need to learn a little bit of the basics before you go criticizing the routine...

    Lats are worked by the chins and rows, and the lower back is worked by deads, and squats, all of which are in the routine.

    WBB1 does plenty. Believe me, deads/squats do plenty for the lower back. I would say my deads/squats are more limited by my back giving out before my legs.

    Yeah, I think you're arching your back too far foward when you're doing deads maybe..
