    High Blood Pressure...

It runs in the family, so it's not really through any fault of mine...do you think that by losing some body fat it should go down, along with proper eating and plenty of rest? I tend to stay up extremely late and sleep little.

Probably not. I went thru some lifestyle changes ~no smoking~no drinking~fewer drugs and lots more exercize, and it had zero effect.
(not that you shouldn't try). If you take creatine supplement you may want to monitor your bp for any possible effects (fluid retention=increased bp).

    Dangit.

Does this mean I'll be stuck taking pills for the rest of my life?

Don't over react. Taking a pill every morning is far better than being worm food.

How bad is your blood pressure anyway?

Just because it runs in the family doesn't mean it's "not through any fault of your own"... Losing some weight would probably help. Diet and proper rest could help too.
