    LOL @ Diesel Weasel's videos of bad lifts. It looks like the guy is trying to have sex with the deadlift.

    Jorge I wouldn't be so quick to say that. He may have a different form handle (is that the term?) on this site. I would think after the embarassment he has caused himself he would stop posting videos and would change his username.

    that isnt so unusual, at my gym we have a bench press machine, not a smith machine its specifically for bench press, a lot of people including myself use it for shrugs, its just really convenient, its asif it was actually made for shrugs, i will see if i can find a picture

    I saw a guy "Flying on the floor". He was laying on his stomach, his arms and legs were spread apart (like a jumping jack), and started to flap his arms and legs up and down.

    I'm going to laugh at myself. When I went to the gym the first time (several months back) with my 2 friends. I thought....hmmm I've been doing many pushups so I thought I'd be able to bench a lot. I start off with 80 lbs. on the bench, did some reps, okay good. Now I put on 90 lbs, I unrack, tried benching and the weight wobbled so much the plates nearly slid off. My friend had to slide them back into position and unracked it. It was embarassing because, 90 lbs. is sissy weight for a male.

    Again this isn't a specific exercise or anything but I know EVERYONE has seen this one...

    The person on the treadmill with the treadmill at the steepest incline who is grabbing onto the bars for dear life and leaning back while just moving their legs with the treadmill.
