Hi. First of all, I have been training off and on for the past 3 years. More off then I happy with, but it's in the past now.
I have been doing a basic Push/Pull/Legs routine the past 16 weeks and am looking for a new routine to start next week.
Anyone have some suggested routines that I can take a look at? I am interested if anyone has had success using a 5x5 routine, since that is the routine I am leaning towards now, if I get no better suggestions.
I am currently 190 lbs, high teen's bf% and bulking.
Any links to anything would be helpful. Thanks.
P.S. I am aware of the WBB routines and have some them in the past. I am looking for something different. I have also searched and could not find much of what I wanted.
