    How Do I Lose 14 LBS In A week

    Hi I'm new to this forum. I come from England. I've been training on and off for about a year or two. But now I'm making training permenant. I have been training for 2 weeks with the body fo life program and in the first week I lost 4lbs and in the second week I gained 5lbs because my diet was bad for 2 days and because I missed a day of cardio and abs training. I have heard the most weight lost in a week is 14lbs. I want to try this out. My usual routine is 3 days weights and 3 days cardio. But I want to change that to 6 days cardio and 3 days weights. Any tips on how to lose the 14lbs. I wiegh 256lbs at 6ft2inches at 16 years of age. I want to get down to 200lbs in three months.

    Its fating time so I only get to eat after 16 hours or more on other days. I'm not really looking at my diet untill fasting has finished. What do you think my diet should be?

    that's a lot of weight to lose in just a week (to remain healthy, anyway). may i ask why you want to lose it so fast? i have a lot of weight to lose, but am doing it slowly so as to maintain as much muscle as possible.
    always hungry...

    I want to lose it to look good and to see if it can be done. Maybe lots of laxotive may do it.

    There is only one thing that I can think of doing that would work, but you need to follow the instructions exactly:

    Step 1: Get a saw
    Step 2: Press firmly onto your leg
    Step 3: Strongly move the saw back and forth to stimulate a cutting motion
    Step 4: Repeat step 3 until the limb has been removed
    Step 5: Celebrate that you have achieved your goal

    Anyway, there isn't a healthy way to lose that much so quickly. If you try most of the weight you lose will be water weight and it will simply come right back. Try doing it the healthy way at a weight of 1-2 pounds of fat per week if you want to keep it off.

    I highly suggest you DO NOT TRY THIS. It's unhealthy (especially the laxative idea you posted) and most of your weight loss will probably be muscle.

    What I do suggest is that you get your training and diet in order and do things gradually.

    I'm closing this thread before it gets out of hand.
