Hi I'm new to this forum. I come from England. I've been training on and off for about a year or two. But now I'm making training permenant. I have been training for 2 weeks with the body fo life program and in the first week I lost 4lbs and in the second week I gained 5lbs because my diet was bad for 2 days and because I missed a day of cardio and abs training. I have heard the most weight lost in a week is 14lbs. I want to try this out. My usual routine is 3 days weights and 3 days cardio. But I want to change that to 6 days cardio and 3 days weights. Any tips on how to lose the 14lbs. I wiegh 256lbs at 6ft2inches at 16 years of age. I want to get down to 200lbs in three months.
