    wide and square chest

hey all. i was pretty impressed by one of this guys on tv. anyway, he has this chest that was wide and broad. it wasn't very thick but more shapely than anything else.

how do i achieve this? many reps with low weights? and different decline and incline presses? flyes?

    appreciate the replies once again

Genetics and low bodyfat. Many reps with low weight will not do much. You either build muscle or you dont, its that simple. As the general public may think you get "ripped" by doing low weight high reps, thats incorrect. Eat and lift heavy.

I've heard people describe a sized, full chest as squared, but I've NEVER seen a chest that looks like a square. Anyone have a pic of this?

Genetics. Put about 50 lbs on, and then cut down some fat, and see what you're left with.
