Ive been looking at the WBB1 routine and i carnt do some of the exercises and i dont go to the gym ive just got free weights, bench and a chin up bar.. So i changed it abit, well alot ! lol... Im wondering will it be ok.? Any help appreciated..... p.s if u think it sucks or wotever could you tell me just how to make it better, i dont want to scrap it..
Day1: Chest, Back and Triceps.
Flat Barbell Bench Press : 4 x 7-8 reps
Dumb Bell Flys : 2 x 8-10 reps
Close Grip Bench Press : 3 x 6-10 reps
Overhead Tricep Extensions : 3 x 6-10 reps
Deadlifts : 2 x 6-8 reps
Weighted Chinups : 2 x 6-8 reps
Barbell Rows : 2 x 6-8 reps
Shrugs : 1 x 10 reps
Dumb Bell Rows : 3 x 10reps
Day2: Shoulders, Biceps Legs and Abs
Squat : 3 x 6-10 reps
Military Press : 3 x 6-10 reps
Barbell Curls : 4 x 6-8 reps
Arnold Press : 2 x 4-6 reps
Dumb Bell Lunge : 3 x 6-10 reps
Crunches : 3 x 6-10 reps

I only want to do a 2day workout programme and i want day1 to be harder... will it be ok? I get over my body weight with protein everyday aswell..
give legs their own day, concentrate on lower body just as much as upper, work your posterior chain/hamstrings
