is 1 set enough on his workout?
Clarify your question for me please.
In the 'add an inch to your arms' routine, there is only one working set. Is this enough, or am I mistaken?

Then do more. Different things work for different people however i think you will be suprised with that workout. I mean how long have you been trying it. Give it atleast an 8 week try out
weight 202 - (bf around 14%)
Bench - 286
deadlift - new pr on the 23/12/06 190 kilo (430 pound)
squat - 264 ATF
200 pound at 10% bf by next summer
It is a specialization routine for the arms therfore work to other body parts is very limited.
