    In the 'add an inch to your arms' routine, there is only one working set. Is this enough, or am I mistaken?

    I'm curious as to the reasoning behind having only one working set in the 'add an inch to your arms' routine laid out by Chris Mason?

    Then do more. Different things work for different people however i think you will be suprised with that workout. I mean how long have you been trying it. Give it atleast an 8 week try out

    It is a specialization routine for the arms therfore work to other body parts is very limited.
