    thanks very much, and the olympic lifts are having so much positive effect on my mma training, can't believe how much they have helped

    goin to give the gymnastics strength exercises a go for a bit, as those guys ar pound for pound some of the strongest peeps in the world, lifting their own bodyweight around all da time.

    in each of these exercises, sitting on the ground, i place my hands on the ground and lift my hips, legs and feet off the ground, so just my hands touch the floor.

    one arm between legs, one arm out, with wide legs
    (lifting
    6 reps each side
    6 reps each side
    (holding)
    20 seconds each side

    hip raise
    (holding)
    20 secs -10 secs rest -20 secs
    20 secs- 10 secs rest -20 secs
    20 secs- 10 secs rest -20 secs

    shoulders forward
    (holding)
    20 secs -10 secs rest- 20 secs
    20 secs -10 secs rest- 20 secs
    20 secs- 10 secs-rest -20 secs
    body weight - 150 lbs

    i lifted for the first time ina month today, as i have been so busy with mma training. my strength has gone down a fair bit as i had to lose weight for a fight. but im going to get it back.
    bench press
