    1997T-Bird, were you stretching before or after your leg workout? I picked up some glucosamine / chondroitin caplets yesterday, we'll see if these help at all.

    Like I said, squatting that ass down to the floor is perfectly safe and of course I meant with proper form. It also could mean that you start atg squats with just the bar, and perfect your form, then add weight slowly.
