i whent from 298 lbs down to 215 at my lowest in 10 months, now i bulked to 226 in the past couple months. i lost a crap load of weight in a short period of time by overtraining, sometimes i'd be in the gym for 4 hours( not talking lifting), and a good diet at 1800 cals a day. i have soooooo much loose skin it frustrates me to no end. my belly was so big and stretched that it just sags, it's a flat stomach, but it just sags, you can see the top 2 of the 6 pack, my arms are like roadmaps, yet it hangs how long does the tightening process take? any tips or tricks from a veteran? anyone else been in my position?
