    Should I try incorporating a Workout A and a Workout B for each bodypart? This was my body wont adapt to the training.. or is this a bad idea?


    For example..
    Biceps.
    Workout A.
    Barbell Curls 2 sets
    Alt. Hammer Curls 2 sets

    Workout B.
    Barbell Preacher Curls 2 sets
    Incline db Hammer Curls 2 sets
