I've decided to start anew with a new journals, I'm about to turn 20 soon adn I need to get my life in a better position....
My lifting has been **** for the last month or so, so I took a week off to get in a better position...I dont feel great so today will be a light day.... I've lost considerable amount of weight to stess and poor diet so my main goal is rebilding strength and muscle...
