    is it bad to be eating until you're about to puke at buffets? for a bulking diet.

    indian food. the food is it's kind of rich and fattening

    eat as much as you can handle

    depends on your goal/bulking method. That would either come under a cheat meal or a dirty bulk which is were u just eat everything insight you will pak on muscle quick that way however it will come with alot more fat than a clean bulk would

    Depends on calories and content. But, in general, if you don't mind some fat gain, go for it.
