The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Thanks for the info, I'll try shaking less. I'm just worried I'll get all the whey near the bottom and only water at the top. I also changed my whey brand, we'll see how it goes this time.

As for using milk, it's expensive here and milk [lactose] and I don't get along as well as we used to. But maybe someday I'll try with soymilk.

    2 scoops Nlarge
    1 scoop whey
    16 oz milk
    1/2 cup oats
    1 tbsp olive oil

I don't care about taste, it only lasts about 30 seconds, but the Nlarge is pretty sweet.

"It is often said, mainly by the "no-contests", that although there is no positive evidence for the existence of God, nor is there evidence against his existence. So it is best to keep an open mind and be agnostic. At first sight that seems an unassailable position, at least in the weak sense of Pascal's wager. But on second thought it seems a cop-out, because the same could be said of Father Christmas and tooth fairies. There may be fairies at the bottom of the garden. There is no evidence for it, but you can't prove that there aren't any, so shouldn't we be agnostic with respect to fairies?"

    Richard Dawkins

"Out of all of the sects in the world, we notice an uncanny coincidence: the overwhelming majority just happen to choose the one that their parents belong to. Not the sect that has the best evidence in its favour, the best miracles, the best moral code, the best cathedral, the best stained glass, the best music: when it comes to choosing from the smorgasbord of available religions, their potential virtues seem to count for nothing, compared to the matter of heredity. This is an unmistakable fact; nobody could seriously deny it. Yet people with full knowledge of the arbitrary nature of this heredity, somehow manage to go on believing in their religion, often with such fanaticism that they are prepared to murder people who follow a different one."

This is a good, thick one

I like this recipe the most. Nice and thick, and about 1,800 calories. Kind of a big one, but great for bulking.

    2 bananas
    2 cups milk
    4 scoops vanilla whey
    10 tablespoons peanut butter

Blended really well, it tastes awesome in my opinion. Nice and creamy.

Wow, before I discovered this site I made my shake with skim milk, ON Whey protein, peanut butter, bananas, and oats. I thought it tasted great and am sticking with it. I NEVER would have guessed that all these people are making their shakes with the SAME ingredients. The pb idea was just kind of a guess and after not eating pb in a long time I was suprized by how well it tasted.

    2 scoops of whey protein
    2 raw eggs
    16 ounces of 1% milk
    3 tablespoons of olive oil
    5 grams of creatine

~970 calories, 70 grams of protein.

I usually have one to two a day with 2 solid meals. Usually the solid meals include chicken/pork/beef and two side dishes properly prepared by my mother. Hahaha.

    1 serving whey
    2 cups milk
1 cup oats or bran buds
    1 banana
    2 tbsp natty pb

I have one of these for breakfast every day. It's awesome because I'm starving an hour later so it makes bulking really easy. I don't even have to try to hit 4000cals.
