    Okay

Ditch the glutamine, and why are you alternating between protein and carb, and protein and fat?

    When do you lift?

What's your post workout nutrition like?

    And what are your goals?

What insulin spike? All I see are slow carbs.

    Okay

The creatine is fine, add dextrose/malto to your post workout shake.

Get some oats into meal 1, and switch meals 3 and 4.

Get another whey shake with dextrose/malto into you after you play ball. This one doesn't need creatine. Then eat the rest of your meals.
