Hopefully you guys can save me here... I'm about 150 lbs, pretty much skinny all around, but I have a kinda thick belly. My arms are like a 12 y/o 's. I'm trying to gain some serious size, but get rid of my gut... I wish I could work out more often, but my work only allows me to get out there 3-4 times a week. I wanna focus on my arms and increase the width of my upper body... What supplements and routines would you recommend I try to maximize my results in the minimum time??
I've been trying different things for years, but not much progress...
