    bruised/sore collarbones

    anyone get them from power cleans? the bar bangs my collarbones and they hurt! i'm not sure if the bar placement is wrong or i'm supposed to have more flesh around my collarbones (?!)

    I had that problems when i was doing power cleans. One guy said it was from not getting your elbows underneath the bar at the top. so that the bar is resting more on your shoulders than upper chest.
