    Prepared, warm shakes?

I'm going to take in about six shakes a day- two in the morning before school, one at lunch, one right after school, one in mid evening, one before bed.

The morning is no problem, nor is the one right before bed.

But for the others- what is the best method of making shakes on the go.. or are Nitrean shakes fine at room temperature for hours and hours?

I get free bottles of water at work, so mixing is convenient, but otherwise, it'd suck to have to buy a bottle of spring water three times a day (on days I don't work).. and I don't really like water fountains.

    Six shakes! bloody hell.
How many scoops of Nitrean in each shake 1 or 2?

If you put 2 in it's gonna give you at least 300g of protein or so.

I'd probably keep the ingredients separate and just mix when needed. Pretty easy if you're using water. More of a hassle for milk.

I'd agree. You don't want to get sick if it goes off.
Or you could get an insulated bag, or thermos.

Each shake is one scoop. 6 shakes = 144 grams of protein.

I'm going to have one solid meal a day- probably a chicken breast. With EFAs, this will come in at around

    180 grams protein
    <20 grams fat
    <10 grams carbs

It should end up being ~900 calories heh.

If it is mixed in water it should be fine.

I should be getting plenty of practice- I just ordered three tubs of Nitrean.

Wow dude, you're doing a PSMF with mostly shakes? I thought I was insane doing what I did (Nitrean diet, but with way more fats (olive oil and flax) and post-workout carbs. Good luck to you.

It's not for the faint of heart. The only mofification I may consider is having two shakes post workout- at no point will I ingest any more than, say, twenty carbs in a day.

I will be getting a baseline amount of EFAs (haven't decided their source yet) and I'm sure a few trace grams of fat from other sources. None of these extra grams will be intentional.

    Good luck bro!

Just curious, what are you stats, and what are you hoping to achieve (fat loss wise). How long have you been dieting previous to this?

What is your training going to look like?

I let shakes sit everywhere without water in them. In my car, at work, at home, it doesn't matter.

I'll let 4 scoops of protein, 1 scoop of carb powder, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and a tablespoon of supergreens sit with no water. When I put water in them they always mix fine.

I mention that I do it this way because I have found if they are premixed with water, they will start to settle and get a funky texture.

A year ago I was a total fat slob- I put on some LBM, and am still a total fat slob.

    Now I'm probably about 6', 245lbs, 25% bodyfat.

I dieted for a bit earlier this year, and for the last week or two, but mainly it's been working out, eating whatever I want, afraid to start a diet because I didn't want my ego to take the hit if I failed.

I'm thinking two full body workouts a week.

Dude I was pretty much in the same boat that you are right now. A piece of advice...

Make sure you have your next phase of you diet planned out, before you even start the PSMF. That way, when you are done, you can jump right into something else.

This is going to be killer with shakes. Shakes do not satisfie hunger at all. I would add some olive oil or something to them to make you feel fuller afterwards.

    Jesus, Chris is fast.

I ordered on the tenth, my Nitrean arrived on the eleventh.
