Here's what I did over the summer and I made good progress with it:
Mon: Chest + Biceps
Tue: Shoulders + Triceps
Thur: Legs + abs
this is what I'm starting to do.
Monday - Chest/shoulder (most chest exercises work the shoulders)
Tuesday - Back/abs
Thurs - legs/abs
Friday - arms
(I might switch my second ab workout to arms days not sure yet though)
i've been using Built's routine lately and im liking it
monday - vertical push pull (lats/shoulders)
tuesday - quad dominant, light hams, bis, heavy calves, abs
thurs - horiz push pull (chest/back)
fri - ham dominant, light quad, tris, light calves, abs
3x a week right now for me, and I was seeing great gains before my injury.
