Meal 2 : Protien shake 21g Nitrean
Meal 3 : Tuna sandwhich and 8 piece of thick turkey breast, glass of milk
Meal 4 : Protien shake Nitrean
Meal 5: 3 small pieces of chickn 3oz each, banana and a M&M Cookies
Meal 6 : 3 small pieces of chicken and a tuna fish sandwhich
Meal 7 : Tuna wrap
First question: is having 12 boiled eggs in the mornging too much food to digest ?
Secod question this food all together literally wieghs like 3 lbs is this too much food ?
Third question ; I am 6"4 235lbs should I be eating more or less ? People around my size do you usually eat this much

Protein is excessive.
Fats are minimally sufficient.
Carbs are at ketogenic levels.
Try to fiddle with this to get in about 300-350g protein and fats no lower than they are now with the same calories.
Beyond a certain point, it just becomes expensive carbohydrate.
Well, see the chicken breast are like 158 grams of protien, I doub tthats rihgtbecuase I only had 6 small chick breast, these chicken breast are no bigger then the size of a cookie but has failry descent amount of meat in them
An ordinary chicken breast is usually about 6-8 ounces of meat.
A raw, 7-ounce, boneless, skinless chicken breast has 45g of protein and about 2.5g of fat, if this helps.
