This question is somewhat a mixture for both forums, so I decide to post in this category..
OK, a quick description of the benefits in taking Creatine is that it aids a person to gain size, strength and endurance. When a person is on a Cutting plan, it is very hard for him to mantain all his muscle mass and strength.. so I was wondering, what will happen if a person decides to start using Creatine when he is in the middle of a cut?
Will he experience the (positive) effects of Creatine and at the same time continue to get lean?
I always take creatine - especially on a cut. Anything with no calories that helps the muscles work better = good.
Same goes for salt.
They both force water into the muscle cells, so they're useful while cutting.

Previously I had linked an article (which did not mention the exact study) that suggests taking creatine can raise your RMR by 100 calories a day while exercising.
Sounds worth it.
