This is for HULK and anyone else who wants to help me.

I posted that one before in another thread but I didn't get any help so I'm asking you as a last resort cause in 5 hours I need to go for my work out and I don't like missing it cause I can't find the exact exercises

Can you please give me the exact link of the description for the following exercises?

    Shoulders: Military Press in Rack

    Triceps: Narrow Grip bench Press

    French Press

    Biceps: Barbell Curls

and about hammer curls should I do with the bench or with dumbells?

    Thanx in advance

    Step1. go to www.google.com
Step2. Search for your desired exercise
    Step3. Press enter!

    Piece of cake no?

The problem is not that I can't find the site with the exercises. My problem is that I can't find the exact exercie.

for ex. Military Press in Rack
I can't find the exercise with that rack word. That's why I need help.

    hey,

remember the routine is not RIGID. for example I did this routine and performed smith machine press for shoulders. You can just do a normal barbell press, in fact its gonna be better for you to do so and easier.

also donlt feel bad. exercises have many different names and at first it can be confusing and in all fairness sometimes that site is hard to find something.

    Shoulders: Military Press in Rack

so for this exercises do one of the following.

    smith shoulder press

    smith behind the neck

or if you have a press maching maybe machine press

or you could do a standing barbell press

    Triceps:

    Narrow Grip bench Press

French Press also called lying triceps extension.

    Biceps:

    Barbell Curls

and about hammer curls should I do with the bench or with dumbells?

a hammer curl is just a normal dumbell curl apart from you keep your palms facing your sides at all time rather than bringing you palms to face the front of your body at the top. Theres not an video of that one but do you know what I mean?

If not just do a incline seated curl if not.

    hope that helps.

Another question I wanted to ask about wbb1 routine is:

Why do we do only 2 sets for most of exercises and with so low number of reps?

When I was working out in the past (not much) I was doing about 3 exercises for each muscle group with 3 sets of 10 reps.

So why so low reps and sets at the wbb 1? Is there any aim by doing this?

its because you get stronger and bigger faster doing fewer sets and reps. something like 2 or 3 sets per muscle at like 6-8 reps.

dont really know exactly why the science behind this is for others to explain.

well remember again this is not a rigid resume although follow it to the line and imo you will make great gains.

However there is no reason why you cannot change things about.

When I wrote this program i did it because of my great success with the split after doing previous splits with higher volume.

See when most people pick up a weight they think they grow IN the gym. You grow OUT of the gym.

Its better to work hard, intense and to the point then sit back and grow.

When I first trained with this routine I was kinda dubious to. I was used to doing more and it took a lot of will power not to do more. However come week 5,6,7 I was getting stronger and working at an intensity level I had not previously worked at before. I was soon wondering how the hell I ever managed to do 12-15 sets b4.. I was tiring and feeling pumped as hell now on 4-6 sets!!!!!

set yourself 10 weeks, follow this to the line and come back on weeks 6,7 and tell me you want to do 3 sets of 3 exercises it won't happen

    Hammer curls

In case you are still not clear on the hammer curls, here is a link showing how to properly perform them. Here is another link showing exercises broken down by body parts.
