    Newbie looking for routine

    hey guys, im new here and in need of a routine, my friend sent me here and told me you guys are the best so let me have it! i go to the ymca 3 days a week and so far ive only really been doing curls, bench, shoulder press, and various other exersizes, i am 17 yrs old, 5'4 119 lbs and my current bench max is 150, thanks!
