I can't figure out wich of these two breakfasts is most efficient, who can help me out:

getting up:
shake, skimmed milk & 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop oats
half an hour later:
3 egg-whites + 1 whole egg, scrambled + 1 scoop oats mixed in it.

or

one big shake:
skimmed wilk, 2 scoops whey & about 100gr oats, most easy...
