I figured the answer to my question was to cut down on the carbs and burn more calories. What types of exercises are the best when it comes to burning alot of calories to reduce your bodyfat percentage? I'm 6'2', about 200 lbs with 11-13% bodyfat. Any help to shred this fat off would be great ladies and gents....thanks!
Careful diet, keep protein over 1g/lb LBM, fats over 0.5g/lb LBM, and lift heavy in the strength range.
Maintain a 10-20% caloric deficit.
Damn you're quick! What does LBM mean Built?
So this means 200 g protein a day, along with 100 g fat a day?
LBM is how much you'd weigh at 0% body fat.

As minimums, yes.
Both can go higher, given your calorie level. Don't go lower.
For example, my minimums would be 110g protein, 55g fat.
My normal diet is closer to 200g protein and 80g fat.
