hey everyone. I dont mean to ask to much but i just got off a mass routine and ive gained some size, but i lost strength, and strength is what is most important to me. So......if its not to much to ask i need a macho strength routine and i dont really care about size right now. Could someone please set me up a really good strength routine? Thanx alot for any help you guys/gals can give me. plz.....


PS How long will it take to raise my bench 50 lb considering ive been training for a year, and i currently bench 195 (dropped from 210 cause of mass routine).
