I just drank this. Its really packed full of nutrition and calories. And really cheap and full of high quality whey and casien protein, and calcium. I drink two of these a day.
Into the blender
Half a litre full cream milk
1 cup full cream milk powder
3 table spoons of peanut butter
A couple of scoops of ice cream
1 Serving is
Protein: 65 grams
And omega 3's.
